Meet Our Clinical Team

Dr. Jenna Scott
Dr. Jenna Scott is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in psychological and neuropsychological assessments of neurodevelopmental and psychological disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Scott emphasizes a collaborative and strength-based approach when working with clients and/or their families to best support their needs. Throughout the assessment process, Dr. Scott’s aim is to provide relevant, clear, and comprehensive guidance, ultimately helping clients gain resources and recommendations that best support their personal, academic, or professional success. Additionally, and when applicable, Dr. Scott provides clear and relevant conclusions and recommendations for educators, medical professionals, attorneys, Community Centered Boards (CCB), and other providers who may support the client’s well-being. She believes that a well-developed and attuned assessment is a powerful tool for clients, families, and other providers in helping understand an individual’s strengths, struggles, and current condition, as well as understanding “next steps,” appropriate interventions, or recommended treatments.
Dr. Scott joined EIA in early 2019, achieving a career goal of switching to an assessment-only practice and is proud to be part of a clinical team that emphasizes community, diversity, and client-centered care. She earned both her Masters of Art degree in 2011 and doctoral degree in 2014 in Clinical Psychology and through the George Washington University. Her pre- and post-doctoral training positions included providing therapeutic interventions and psychological/neuropsychological assessments across educational, forensic, hospital, and community-based settings. Following her post-doctoral training, she spent the first two years of her early career working with children, adolescents, and young adults in school-based and outpatient settings, providing therapeutic and diagnostic services. Areas of assessment focus and competency include: child, adolescent, and adult autism; attention-deficit/hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD); trauma- and stress-related disorders; learning disabilities; comprehensive evaluation of social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health functioning (to include mood disorders); psychoeducational assessments; and cognitive and IQ evaluations.
